Kernel memory access via incorrect ath12k ring index

Out-of-bounds access in the Linux ath12k driver allows local users to trigger invalid kernel memory access during receive processing. ath12k_dp_rx_process() indexes the fixed-size hal_reo_error array with a destination SRNG identifier instead of the corresponding normal ring identifier. Local low-privileged access and supported ath12k hardware are required; published sources document no demonstrated crash or code-execution path.
