Session cookie theft via reflected query input
Published May 16, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
Cross-site scripting in SiAdmin 1.1 allows remote attackers to steal an authenticated user's session cookie through a crafted show.php URL. The show.php endpoint places query input into the generated page without adequate output neutralization, causing attacker-supplied script to execute in the user's browser. Exploitation requires an authenticated user to open the crafted URL, and the documented consequence is theft of that user's session credentials.
