Local service interruption via display-pipeline null dereference

NULL pointer dereference in AMD display code in affected Linux kernels allows local users to crash the kernel during pipe validation. Callers pass a null merge argument to dcn20_validate_apply_pipe_split_flags even though the function dereferences that pointer. A local low-privileged user must reach the AMD display pipeline; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash and service interruption.
