Kernel crash via null head_pipe dereference

Null pointer dereference in affected Linux releases from 4.15 through 6.11.2 allows local users to crash the kernel through the AMD display driver. The dcn201_acquire_free_pipe_for_layer function asserts and then dereferences head_pipe even though the preceding lookup can leave that pointer null. Reachability requires local low-privileged access to a system using the affected AMD display path; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash.
