Local system crash via null plane state dereference

Null pointer dereference in the AMD display driver in affected Linux kernel 4.15 and later builds allows local users to crash the system. dcn20_program_pipe dereferences pipe_ctx->plane_state after an earlier path permits that pointer to remain null. Reachability requires low-privileged local access and the affected AMD display pipeline; the dereference interrupts system availability without reported data exposure or modification.
