Kernel crash via empty AMDGPU ACA list traversal

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel 6.9 through 6.10.13 and 6.11 through 6.11.2 allows local users to crash systems through AMDGPU ACA handling. The aca_banks_release, aca_error_fini, and aca_manager_fini teardown routines traverse empty linked lists with list_for_each_entry_safe instead of returning before iteration, producing invalid pointer access. Reaching the flaw requires local low-privileged access and an AMD GPU corner case that leaves an ACA bank, error, or handle list empty; the reported consequence is a kernel crash.
