Kernel crash via unchecked display scheduling pointers

NULL pointer dereferences in the Linux kernel AMD display driver allow local users to crash the kernel through display scheduling. The subvp_drr_schedulable function reads min_refresh_in_uhz through a possibly null drr_timing pointer, while subvp_vblank_schedulable accesses stream timing through a possibly null subvp_pipe pointer. Reaching either path requires local low-privilege access and an AMD DCN 3.2 display configuration that exercises SubVP dynamic-refresh or VBLANK scheduling.
