Local kernel crash via unchecked stream pointer

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux AMD display subsystem allows local users to crash the kernel during display-state processing. The amdgpu_dm path can pass a null stream to dc_is_stream_unchanged, which dereferences it before checking whether the pointer is valid. Reachability requires low-privileged local access and an AMD GPU using Display Core; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash and service interrupt.
