Local kernel compromise via unchecked transfer-function index

Out-of-bounds access in the Linux kernel's AMD DCN30 display code allows local users to compromise confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The cm3_helper_translate_curve_to_degamma_hw_format function fails to reject an index equal to TRANSFER_FUNC_POINTS before reading the red, green, and blue transfer-function arrays. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and execution of the affected AMD DCN30 degamma display path.
