Local kernel crash via unchecked OCFS2 buffer

NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux kernel OCFS2 releases allows local users to crash the system through filesystem cleanup. The cleanup path calls ocfs2_set_buffer_uptodate() with a NULL buffer head when OCFS2_BH_READAHEAD is absent, dereferencing bh. Exploitation requires local access to exercise an OCFS2 cleanup path; the demonstrated consequence is a kernel crash, not data access or code execution.
