Kernel compromise via premature VM identifier publication

Use-after-free in Linux kernel 6.8 through 6.11.2 allows local users to read or alter kernel data or crash the system via drm/xe VM ioctls. xe_vm_create_ioctl publishes the new VM identifier in the xarray before creation completes, so a concurrent destroy request frees the VM while create still references it. A low-privileged local user must have access to the Xe DRM device and predict the next VM identifier while racing create against destroy.
