Data exposure and corruption via atomic-write ioctl race

Race condition in the Linux F2FS ioctl implementation allows local users to expose or corrupt file data and crash the kernel. f2fs_defragment_range, f2fs_move_file_range, and f2fs_ioc_set_pin_file fail to reject inodes already in atomic-write mode before performing defragmentation, range moves, or pin changes. Exploitation requires low-privilege local access to an F2FS file and winning the conflicting-operation race; no user interaction is required.
