Kernel memory corruption via shared channel double-free

Double free in the Arm SCMI OP-TEE transport in Linux allows local users to trigger kernel memory corruption during stack unloading. scmi_optee_chan_free retrieves a channel pointer from each protocol's descriptor and frees it without checking whether another protocol already freed the shared object. Reachability requires the Arm SCMI OP-TEE transport with a channel shared across protocols; the double free can compromise kernel confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
