Authenticated file disclosure via unconstrained attachment path

Path traversal in Pagure 3.0 through 5.14.0 allows remote authenticated users to read server files through crafted attachment URLs. The view_issue_raw_file function passes the URL filename to os.path.join with the attachment directory, then opens the resulting path without confirming that it remains inside that directory. Exploitation requires an account able to create a repository with issue tracking enabled; reverse-proxy path normalization can block the traversal.
