Code execution via unchecked MKV slice size

Heap-buffer overflow in tsMuxer nightly-2024-03-14-01-51-12 allows attackers to execute code when a crafted MKV file is processed. MatroskaDemuxer::matroska_parse_block trusts a file-controlled slice_size and passes it with an offset to extractData without checking the remaining buffer. Processing the file is required; the resulting over-read can disclose heap data, crash the process, or support arbitrary code execution.
