Unauthenticated code execution via UMC buffer overflow

Heap-based buffer overflow in Siemens UMC across affected industrial products allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. The um.abtipc.dll library mishandles crafted network data and writes beyond an allocated heap buffer. Access to UMC on TCP ports 4002 or 4004 requires no authentication, and successful exploitation grants code execution with the service's privileges.
