Unauthenticated account creation via direct registration URL

Authentication bypass in affected ZITADEL 2.x releases allows remote attackers to create accounts through a direct registration URL. The loginname registration route omits the server-side User Registration allowed check, while the login page merely hides its registration control. Exploitation requires an instance whose administrator disabled self-registration, and it creates an ordinary user account despite that policy.
