Internal endpoint access via DNS-rebinding host bypass

SSRF in ZITADEL Actions allows remote authenticated users to access unsecured internal endpoints through attacker-controlled DNS. The isHostBlocked check rejects a literal loopback address but accepts a custom hostname whose DNS answer is 127.0.0.1. Creating and executing the Action requires high privileges; successful exploitation can read data from or invoke unsecured loopback services.
