Local privilege escalation via unchecked listener registration

Elevation of privilege in Android 12, 12L, 13, 14, and 15 allows local users to hide apps with notification access in Settings. NotificationAccessConfirmationActivity.onCreate fails to verify that the requested listener service declares the required intent filter before presenting access confirmation. User approval is required; afterward, a crafted app can retain notification access while remaining absent from the notification-access list.
