Web shell upload via nonblocking MIME check

Dangerous file upload in Ecomerciar WooCommerce Custom Profile Picture 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to upload web shells. The wc_cus_upload_picture function logs a disallowed MIME type but continues to move the file under its supplied name into the uploads directory. Subscriber-level access to the account profile form is sufficient, and an uploaded shell can execute in the web server context and compromise the site.
