Stored XSS via forged settings request
Published Oct 20, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
CSRF in Endless Posts Navigation 2.2.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to store script through a forged settings request. The epn_settings.php handler updates plugin settings without valid nonce verification and stores attacker-controlled option data for later rendering. Exploitation requires an administrator with an active WordPress session to open an attacker-controlled link or page, after which the stored script runs in a browser.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
