Improper access control in Dell Power Manager before 3.17 allows local users with low privileges to execute code with elevated privileges. Dell has not published the affected component or the incorrect authorization operation that permits the privilege boundary to be crossed. Exploitation requires existing low-privileged local access, and successful abuse grants elevated code execution on the affected Windows system.
