Unrestricted file upload in D-Link DAR-7000-40 V31R02B1413C allows remote authenticated users to write arbitrary files. The licenseauthorization.php handler accepts the file_upload parameter without enforcing a safe file-type restriction. Management-interface access and low-privilege authentication are required; the public record does not establish code execution.
