Kernel disclosure and crash via unchecked SMC offsets

Out-of-bounds reads in the Linux kernel SMC server allow remote attackers to disclose kernel data or interrupt SMC service. smc_clc_msg_prop_valid() trusts client-controlled iparea_offset and ipv6_prefixes_cnt values when locating and validating prefix data, allowing reads beyond the proposal buffer and a NULL dereference. Reachability requires an SMC-enabled listening socket; an unauthenticated client completing the TCP handshake can disclose adjacent kernel heap data, deadlock future SMC handshakes, or panic the host.
