Server crash via unchecked SMC proposal offsets

Out-of-bounds access in the Linux kernel allows remote attackers to crash an SMC server with a crafted version 2 proposal message. The net/smc proposal parser uses client-controlled v2_ext_offset, eid_cnt, and ism_gid_cnt fields without first validating their bounds, so an excessive offset can select an invalid address. The target must accept SMC version 2 proposals; successful exploitation interrupts the host by crashing the kernel.
