Improper access control in Samsung Video Player allows physically proximate attackers to read video files belonging to other device users. Samsung has disclosed only that affected releases fail to perform proper validation; the validation locus and request path remain undisclosed. Physical device access is required, and exposure is limited to video confidentiality before 7.3.29.1 on Android 12, before 7.3.36.1 on Android 13, and before 7.3.41.230 on Android 14.
