Unauthorized command execution via unanchored regex matching

Authorization bypass in Meta Tacquito before 07b49d1358e6 allows remote attackers to execute unauthorized commands via TACACS+ requests. The stringy command authorizer passed configured expressions directly to Go regexp.MatchString, which accepted matches anywhere within requested arguments instead of requiring whole-string matches. Exposure requires a server using Tacquito for command authorization with an allowed pattern that occurs as a substring of a disallowed command request.
