Password disclosure via unhashed backend credential storage

Plaintext password storage in Pimcore Portal Engine before 3.1.16 and 4.0.0 through 4.1.6 allows attackers to read backend credentials. UserController accepts the Portal Profile password field, and ChangePasswordService writes it to the users table without hashing. Reachability requires a PortalUser linked to a PimcoreUser, the backend-password option enabled, and a profile password change; disclosure requires access to the users table.
