Unauthenticated node impersonation via cached TLS validity

Improper certificate validation in Icinga 2 allows remote attackers to impersonate trusted cluster nodes or certificate-authenticated API users. The TLS stream cached certificate validity during set_verify_callback() instead of querying the completed handshake, peer certificate, and OpenSSL result. Network access to the API or cluster port is sufficient; affected permissions can expose data, inject configuration, or permit command execution.
