Cross-user file disclosure via permissive sandbox ACLs

Incorrect permissions in Sandboxie-Plus Sandboxie before 1.14.6 and 5.69.6 allow local users to read other users' sandbox-created files. Sandboxie leaves C:\Sandbox user content accessible across Windows accounts and does not reset attacker-supplied ACLs on a precreated user folder. Access through explorer.exe or cmd.exe outside a sandbox, or a command shell inside one, exposes sandbox files but not files under C:\Users.
