Plaintext credential storage in IBM Workload Scheduler 9.5, 10.1, and 10.2 allows local users to read stored user credentials. The scheduler persists user credentials without encryption, but IBM has not identified the file, database field, or component that performs the unsafe storage. A low-privileged local account is required, and successful access exposes credential confidentiality without reported modification or service interruption.
