Authenticated organizational data access via comment reassignment

Incorrect privilege assignment in affected IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation releases allows remote authenticated users to access organizational data. The task reassignment API permits comment-type tasks to be reassigned, implicitly carrying user-query access into a context where that data is not authorized. A valid low-privilege account and a reassignable comment task are required; published assessments disagree on whether the resulting effect is disclosure or unauthorized modification.
