Reflected XSS via unsanitized prefix filter

Reflected XSS in Dennis Hoppe Encyclopedia / Glossary / Wiki 1.7.60 and earlier allows remote attackers to run script via prefix input. The prefix filter passes attacker-controlled input into generated page output without adequate sanitization. A victim must follow a crafted request; the script then executes in that visitor's browser context and can act with that session's privileges.
