Unauthenticated disclosure of sent sensitive data
Published Oct 17, 2024 · Updated Apr 29, 2026
Sensitive data exposure in Contact Forms, Live Support, CRM, Video Messages 1.10.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to read sent data. Published materials identify insertion of sensitive information into sent data but do not disclose the file, function, data field, or output path that includes it. No authentication or user interaction is required; the reported consequence is confidentiality loss without data modification or service interruption.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=0 <=1.10.2
- Affected versionversion=0 <=1.10.2 changes=[{"at":"1.11.1","status":"unaffected"}]
