Unauthenticated PHP object injection via undisclosed deserialization
Published Jan 7, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
PHP object injection in AmentoTech WPGuppy 1.1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject PHP objects through untrusted serialized input. Public advisories do not identify the request parameter, endpoint, or function that passes attacker-controlled data to PHP deserialization. Exploitation requires no authentication, but file deletion, sensitive-data access, or code execution additionally depends on a suitable POP chain from another installed plugin or theme.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
