Remote code execution via heap buffer overflow

Heap-based buffer overflow in Microsoft Windows RRAS allows remote attackers to execute code through network traffic requiring user interaction. Microsoft identifies the weakness as a heap-based buffer overflow but has not published the affected parser, request field, or memory operation. RRAS is disabled by default; exploitation therefore requires the service to be enabled and a user to interact, after which code runs on the affected host.
