Remote code execution in Microsoft Windows RRAS allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through data returned by a malicious server. Microsoft identifies an integer overflow and resulting heap-based buffer overflow in RRAS, but has not disclosed the affected function or parsing operation. Exploitation requires a user to be tricked into sending a request to the malicious server; successful processing runs attacker-controlled code on the user's system.
