Remote code execution via serialized XSRF-TOKEN cookies

Remote code execution in Snipe-IT before 7.0.10 allows remote attackers who know the APP_KEY to run commands via a crafted XSRF-TOKEN cookie. AuthServiceProvider enables Passport cookie serialization, causing attacker-controlled data decrypted by Illuminate Encryption to reach PHP unserialize. Exploitation requires the instance's APP_KEY, but repository-distributed default keys can satisfy that gate and grant command execution as the web service account.
