Service interruption via unchecked HCI event length

Buffer overflow in the HCI event parser in Arm Mbed OS 6.16.0 allows remote attackers to interrupt service via crafted HCI packets. The event callback allocates a buffer from a table-derived event size, but the subsequent copy trusts the larger length byte in the packet header. Reachability requires delivery of arbitrary HCI event packets; the overflow can disrupt processing, but complete device shutdown or further control is not established.
