Device crash via HCI packet length overflow

Integer overflow in Cordio BLE HCI processing in Arm Mbed OS 6.16.0 allows remote attackers to crash devices with crafted HCI packets. hciTrSerialRxIncoming adds an attacker-controlled 16-bit body length to header and message metadata sizes without overflow checks, allocates the wrapped size, then copies the full body. Unauthenticated network access to an HCI transport is required, and the bounded consequence is memory corruption and a device crash rather than code execution.
