Valid-signature rejection via incorrect hash truncation

Improper ECDSA signature verification in Elliptic 6.5.7 allows remote attackers to reject valid signatures using crafted hashes. The ec/index.js _truncateToN function derives the truncation length from a leading-zero-stripped integer instead of the original digest length. Exploitation requires at least four leading zero bytes and a base-point order smaller than the hash, causing legitimate transactions or communications to be treated as invalid.
