Session reuse via incomplete sign-out termination

Umbraco CMS 10.0.0 through 10.8.6 and 13.0.0 through 13.5.1 has a session termination flaw that allows attackers to reuse signed-out sessions. The explicit sign-out flow leaves its server-side session active instead of invalidating it; Umbraco has not disclosed the responsible code path or operation.
