Authenticated arbitrary account deletion via application endpoint

Improper access control in GLPI 10.0.0 through 10.0.16 allows remote authenticated users to delete any user account via an application endpoint. GLPI has not disclosed the endpoint, handler, or missing authorization operation that permits deletion beyond the caller's privileges. Any authenticated account can remove arbitrary users, affecting account-data integrity and potentially denying those users access.
