Relative path traversal in affected Fortinet FortiSOAR releases allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary files. The GUI solution-pack upload path accepts a crafted archive containing relative path traversal sequences, causing file reads outside the intended directory. Exploitation requires authentication and solution-pack import permissions, and the documented impact is file disclosure without file modification or service interruption.
