Unauthenticated code execution via Jelly template injection

Jelly template injection in ServiceNow Now Platform Utah, Vancouver, and Washington DC releases allows remote attackers to execute code. The pre-authentication login page accepts a crafted jvar_page_title value that reaches the html_page_title UI template, where double Jelly evaluation interprets injected XML tags and executes Glide server-side script. No account or user interaction is required; successful requests run within the Now Platform context and can read or modify platform data or interrupt service.
