Privilege escalation in OpenVPN 2.4.0 through 2.6.10 on Windows allows local users to impersonate an OpenVPN GUI user. OpenVPN GUI connects to a spoofed interactive-service named pipe without verifying that its server is the SYSTEM service. The attacking process needs SeImpersonatePrivilege and gains full access to the account running OpenVPN GUI.
