Broken object-level authorization in ETSI Open Source MANO allows remote authenticated users to gain administrative privileges. The users API accepts PATCH requests from low-privileged accounts to change any user's credentials or roles without object-level authorization. In 14.0.x before 14.0.3, 15.0.x before 15.0.2, 16.0.0, and 17.0.0, project-user access is enough to self-assign system_admin or take over other accounts.
