Root-group file disclosure via inherited daemon groups

Incorrect authorization in ProFTPD 1.3.8b and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read root-group files via FTP or SFTP. When mod_sql returns no supplemental groups, session setup leaves the child process with the parent daemon's groups instead of assigning the user's primary GID. The affected configuration uses mod_sql with an account that has no supplemental groups; inherited GID 0 grants read access only where root-group permissions allow it.
