Script execution via unsanitized notice identifier

Reflected XSS in RebelCode WP RSS Aggregator before 4.23.9 allows remote attackers to execute scripts through a crafted notice_id value. The wprss_admin_notice_hide action reflects the notice_id GET parameter without sanitization, so injected SVG markup executes in the browser. The demonstrated path requires a logged-in subscriber to open the crafted request; successful exploitation runs code in that user's WordPress origin.
