Credential-hash capture via NewsReaderService request forgery

Server-side request forgery in Inflectra SpiraTeam 7.2.00 allows remote attackers to capture host authentication hashes. The NewsReaderService processes specially crafted requests by causing the application server to make unintended outbound requests. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the exposed host credentials can support privilege escalation.
